Customization Charges
Color customization
• PKR 25,000 for formal wear.
• PKR 50,000 for bridal wear.
• Fabric changes will incur additional charges if the selected fabric is more expensive.
Dupatta Policy
• complimentary dupatta (plain fabric or lace) is included with formal outfits (2.5 yards).
• handwork on the dupatta (border or spray) will be charged separately.

• Orders below PKR 500,000 Additional PKR 50,000
• Orders above PKR 500,000 Additional PKR 100,000
Payments & Penalties
• No exchanges or refunds on any orders.
• If dues are not cleared on the delivery date (including alterations), a 5-day grace period will be provided.
A penalty of PKR 1,000 per day will apply after this period.
• Payments can be made via online banking in case of unavailability.

• No Liability for Subjective Expectations
• Once the final product is delivered, claims that it does not match an imagined expectation will not be accepted as a valid reason for dispute or refund. Customization requires mutual trust, and by choosing it, the client agrees to respect the designer’s creative process.
• Final Product Acceptance
• All customized pieces are final sale. No exchanges, refunds, or modifications will be made after delivery unless there is a clear defect in craftsmanship.
